In 2020, I found myself asking a question that continues to shape my work today: How do we lead and live without self-sacrifice?

At the time, I was navigating leadership responsibilities, becoming a mother, living through a global pandemic, and learning firsthand that success isn't always about pushing harder. Like many people, I was trying to balance ambition, wellbeing, relationships, and the realities of everyday life.

What I discovered is that many leaders are carrying more than anyone realizes. They're supporting teams, navigating change, solving problems, and showing up for everyone around them while wondering how to sustain it all.

That's why I do this work.

Through keynotes and leadership experiences, I help audiences rethink what it means to lead. Not through the lens of perfection, hustle culture, or self-sacrifice, but through self-awareness, resilience, perspective, and intentional action.

I love helping people see the magic they bring to the world.

Too often, we become so focused on expectations, responsibilities, and what's next that we lose sight of our own strengths, wisdom, and potential. My favorite conversations are the ones that help people connect with who they are, let go of the guilt they're carrying, and remember what matters most.
